The humor is as good as that of The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. Same with the art. It's nice to see animes with human humors. They're not just about characters who zoom off the screen when something hilarious happens, but they actually have humor in what they say and how they deliver it. They also have a good sense of sarcasm
So if you liked Haruhi, you'd like this one just as much. It's not a "like Haruhi but Haruhi's better" kind of anime. Their qualities are actually at par with each other.
